In case legal action becomes necessary by PimpWar.com or Happy Empire INc as a result of any violation of these terms of service, jurisdiction and venue shall be proper in Miami Dade County Flordia.
Pimp agrees not to resale or make any commercial use of the product. Furthermore, Pimp agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from Pimpwar.com without the prior written consent from Pimpwar.com, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising Pimpwar.com and labled so.
Pimp agrees to indemnify Pimpwar.com against liability for any and all use of Pimp’s account. The game allows Pimp to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, Pimp’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. Pimpwar.com reserves the right to modify or terminate its service to Pimp with or without notice, which includes, but not limited to updates, changes, or restart of game or "The Bitch Slap of the PimpGods". Pimpwar.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time with no reason. Pimp will be required to click on "I Accept" button again if they agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions, or else, the service will be terminated.
